Here are few tips so that you do not panic in the worst of situations.

3. Calm your thoughts
4. Breathe deep
5. Eat fruits if you have them with you
6. Talk to a friend but be careful not to spread
the news like fire.
7. Hit the bottleof water
8. Accept the happenings
9. Make others to calm
10. Seek medical assitance if needed.
