White pepper - ¾ tbsp

Sugar - 1 tbsp

Ajinomoto (pinch)

Chicken stock - 3 cups

Corn flour - 3 tbsp

Water - ¼ cup

Oil and Salt

The method of making balls is very simple. For making the material for chicken balls, just put all the above ingredients (except oil) in a bow and mix them. You will require 15 minutes break so that the mixture will be ready for deep frying. Put the oil on heat after putting it in a skillet. You can roll the mixture in spherical shaped balls. The balls can be broken so to avoid it just squeeze the excess water from the balls and put them into hot oil in skillet and fry it deep. Let them become golden brown and drain them and set aside.

For making the sauce you need to heat up the oil after putting it into a pan. Garlic, ginger and green chilies should be added in it and fry them for one minute on medium heat. Now except corn flour and water mix all the remaining ingredients in to it and boil it. Now put corn flour mixed with water in to it. Now stir the mixture till it become thick. Now add the chicken balls in it and stir it for 1 minute.

Now the Chicken Manchurian is ready. It can be served with rice or noodles or anything you wish. It may be eaten even as it is without rice or anything.
